For the body of my rocket, I decided to cover it with masking tape. If I wanted to prove my hypothesis correct, this would be the best way to prove my point. Get your Pop-bottle, and start measuring it. It is much easier when you measure out your Pop-bottle, so you know the exact and accurate placements of wherever you decide to place your fins/cone. Once you have measured out your Pop-bottle, decide where you are going to wrap the masking tape around.
